Robert was previously the Financial Controller for Village Cinemas who are one of the leading cinema operators in Australia. He was responsible for both the financial and commercial activities of the business and acted as a key advisor.
He started his career in private practice, before moving into industry where is has gained experience in a number of roles and industries. His experience has been gained from working in a range of industries that include Advertising, Construction and Entertainment. Robert is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Patty was previously Director of Business Management at MDGH. In that role, she was responsible for the overall business management of the company including legal, financial, HR and statutory reporting requirements. MDGH is the first Australian not-for-profit company to register a new drug with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and receive an FDA Priority Review Voucher.
Prior to her role at MDGH, Patty worked with Gilead Sciences Australia, preparing patient and health-care professional facing materials for drugs launched in the Australian market.
Patty has previously worked in New York as the Director of International Sales for SLM International Inc.
David was previously Senior Legal Counsel at CPA Australia, a multi-national accounting and finance body. He was responsible for providing commercially focused legal advice to the business, Executive Management Group and Board.
David has experience across a breadth of legal commercial matters in numerous jurisdictions. Prior to CPA Australia, David worked with a U.S. headquartered multi-national software company and as a consultant for a global management and professional services firm.
Michael was previously the General Manager of Commercial and Deputy General Counsel for CPA Australia, a multi-national accounting and finance body. He was responsible for the commercial, acquisition and sales teams that commercialised and managed key strategic partnerships and tactical clients across a number of jurisdictions. Michael also managed the legal team that serviced the organisation globally.
Prior to CPA Australia, Michael was a Mergers and Acquisitions lawyer with global law firm DLA Piper and worked on a number of cross-jurisdictional and high value transactions.
Daniel was previously Managing Director of Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery. Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery is a leading supplier of quality propagation tube stock in Australia, having won many industry awards including the recent ‘Silver Rose’ for international grower of the year, as well as best large production nursery and best propagation nursery.
Daniel managed a team of 100+ employees at Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery and was instrumental in the acquisition of its tissue culture business in 2013. When Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery acquired the tissue culture business it was selling 800,000 plants per annum and is now selling over 2 million plants per annum.
Prior to becoming Operations Manager at Mansfield’s Propagation Nursery, Daniel was Head Grower at Pacific Plug & Liner in Watsonville, California, U.S.A.
Trevor was previously President of Suncliff, a leading Washington cannabis cultivation and manufacturing business in the USA. Trevor is a true pioneer of medicinal cannabis. Suncliff were one of the first licensed producers in Seattle, establishing the business in 2013 shortly after legalization.
Trevor is one of only a few cannabis executives in the world to successfully transition their business from medical to recreational cannabis, as a result of new legislation passed in Washington State.
Trevor is immigrating to Australia to provide his expert knowledge in cannabis growing and manufacturing.
